Motivation is the internal drive to accomplish a particular goal. In a work setting, motivation is what makes people want to work. According to scientists, motivation is a person's general willingness to do something. It is the set of psychological forces that compel you to take actions. Some people barely have a schedule, they build rituals instead. They experience difficulties finding their motivation as they only focus on the other parts of the process. Having a schedule does not always help, rather it is our positive mindset. If a person wants to achieve something, they will have to have a clear mindset to do so. Motivation is an optional process to have if you want to be successful on what you are planning to get started. I strongly believe that motivation is pre-positioned on what we believe - our convictions. Hence, in order to know if our motives are right we have to know ourselves, examine ourselves, know what our convictions are, and have the courage to stand by them.

Continuous improvement is the ongoing improvement of products, services or process through incremental and breakthrough improvements. These efforts can seek "incremental" improvement over time or "breakthrough" improvement all at once. Among the most widely used tools for the continuous improvement model is a four-step quality assurance method; the plan, do, check, and act. "Plan" is used to identify an opportunity and plan for change. "Do" implements the change on a small scale. "Check" uses data to analyze the results of the change and determine whether it made a difference. While "act" is when the change was successful, it implements on a wider scale and continuously assess your results. If the change did not work, begin the cycle again. There's a reason humans often resist change: there's a comfort in what we know. It is a natural and reassuring thing to resist putting ourselves in new situations. In the business world, this is no longer possible. While continuous improvement can range from simple changes in the day-today workings of your company to major shifts in focus and procedures across a global structure, in all cases, you will require the right instruments to achieve success and keep it going.
We've all set personal goals or work goals for ourselves. A habit is a behaviour that is repeated regularly and tends to occur subconsciously. It is a fixed way of thinking or feeling acquired through previous experience repeated over an extended time period. A goal, on the other hand, is a desired result or outcome that a person envisions, plans and commits to achieve. Goals and habits are two sides of the success coin. Good goals provide a sense of direction, and effective habits provide the mental discipline to achieve those goals. Fortunately, there are several techniques people can study to improve their goal-setting skills and to form lasting good habits. Many people endeavour to attain a goal within a finite time by setting deadline. Although there are some differences, it is important to have both habits and goals when trying to achieve your dreams. Oftentimes your habits are what will help you achieve your goals. The habits are the things that help you develop the discipline and the consistency to do the work required to reach your goals. Creating new habits or changing negative existing habits involves the deliberate, consistent practice of a new behaviour in place of an old one, until the new behaviour becomes default.

Th e ability to be anonymous online can make it easy to ignore ethical thinking. However, this does not make us less responsible for our actions. Some actions can have serious social or legal consequences. Understanding what content is safe to access or download is important to obeying the law and practicing good online behaviour. By thinking before we act, we can make better choices and be a part of a more enjoyable and safer online community.
